Acceptance of an order takes place when the goods are dispatched.

Prize Draw Terms & Conditions – Luke Saxon Print Giveaway

These Prize Draw Terms & Conditions apply to the LOOSE Luke Print Giveaway.

1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is LOOSE.

2. Eligibility

The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

Employees of LOOSE, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

To enter, subscribe to the LOOSE mailing list via the sign-up form on the LOOSE website before the closing date.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries may be disqualified.

4. Opening and Closing Dates

The prize draw opens on the date the promotion is first published.

The closing date for entries is 11:59pm (BST) on 31 August 2026.

Entries received after this time will not be entered into the draw.

5. The Prize

Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) A3 print featuring exclusive artwork created by Luke for LOOSE.

The print is unsigned.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash or alternative prize will be offered.

A total of five prizes are available. Each winner may win a maximum of one prize.

6. Winner Selection

Five winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a random selection application on 1 September 2026.

The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Notification

Each winner will be notified by email using the email address provided when entering.

If a winner does not respond within 14 days of the notification email being sent, LOOSE reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.

8. Delivery

LOOSE will cover the cost of standard postage to each winner's UK address.

LOOSE accepts no responsibility for delays, loss or damage caused by postal or courier services once the prize has been dispatched.

9. Personal Data

By entering the prize draw, entrants acknowledge that their personal information will be processed in accordance with the LOOSE Privacy Policy.

Entrants may unsubscribe from the LOOSE mailing list at any time.

10. General

LOOSE reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

These Prize Draw Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
