Most men's clothing is designed to look good standing still.

Loose was created for men who move.

For men who practise yoga. Who walk, travel, stretch, breathe, work and live in their clothes. Men who want comfort without looking like they've given up. Men who want freedom without dressing like athletes.

The idea for Loose came after decades spent in movement.

Before yoga there was Northern Soul. Before yoga there was hip hop, house music and long nights on dance floors. Throughout it all there was one thing that never changed:

Freedom always felt better than restriction.

As a yoga teacher, I spent years looking for clothing that worked for practice but still felt like something I'd actually want to wear afterwards. Most of what I found was either technical sportswear or Lycra.

Neither felt right.

So I decided to make the clothes I wanted to wear.

The inspiration doesn't come from the yoga industry.

It comes from the worlds that shaped me. The oversized silhouettes of Stüssy. The functional simplicity of Battenwear. The independent spirit of FUCT. Northern Soul dance floors, skate culture, music scenes and the communities that grow around them.

Subculture has always been the source.

It's where authenticity matters more than trends.

The garments are designed to move well, wear well and last. The fit is relaxed by intention. The details are considered. The packaging is recycled, recyclable or compostable wherever possible.

Nothing is added for show.

Everything is there for a reason.

The name Loose means more than the fit of the garments.

It's a reminder to move more freely, worry a little less about fitting in and find your own rhythm.
